Barabino & Partners S.p.A. is committed to operating in an ethical and responsible manner and asks its people and business partners to operate accordingly and in compliance with: Code of Ethics, Laws and Regulations, Measures of the Authorities, Model 231 and/or company procedures, Human Rights.

Barabino & Partners S.p.A. invites its stakeholders to report any improper, dishonest or potentially illegal activity – potential, highly probable or already committed – as well as any behaviour that may cause damage or harm, including to its image, to the Company.

Since 2014 Barabino & Partners S.p.A. has set up channels for reporting violations and irregularities: Electronic mail: legge231odv@barabino.it. Ordinary Mail – Barabino & Partners S.p.A., Supervisory Body, Foro Bonaparte 22, Milan, Italy. As of December 2023, a new platform will be active that can be reached at the link below, which, by means of computerised methods and encryption tools, guarantees to an even greater extent the confidentiality of the identity of the reporter, of the persons involved, as well as the content of the report and the related documentation in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 24/2023.

The digital platform is considered preferential and suitable for guaranteeing, by computerised means, the confidentiality of the identity of the informant.
